Thank you for choosing AiHookr. We strive to provide the best AI-powered content creation experience for South Asian creators. We understand that a subscription may not always be the right fit, and we want to make the billing process as transparent as possible.

This Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled for AiHookr. Because AiHookr is an Android application distributed exclusively through the Google Play Store, all payments, subscriptions, and refunds are managed entirely by Google Play Billing. AiHookr does not operate its own payment gateway.

By purchasing any AiHookr subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Plans & Pricing (USD)

AiHookr offers the following monthly subscription plans. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The price displayed in your local currency at checkout is set by Google Play and may include local taxes.

  • Basic Plan — USD $0.99/month: 3 AI scripts/day, 3 hashtag packs/day, basic Trend Radar, up to 3 niches, ad-free.
  • Pro Plan — USD $1.49/month: 7 scripts/day, 7 hashtag packs/day, 2 meme generations/day, Priority Trend Radar, ViralGuru AI Chat, ad-free.
  • Viral King Plan — USD $2.49/month: 20 scripts/day, 20 hashtag packs/day, 5 meme generations/day, 1-on-1 Viral Coach, all niches unlocked, ad-free.

AiHookr does not directly process your payments. We do not collect, see, or store your credit card, debit card, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, UPI), or any other financial details. All transactions occur within and are secured by your Google Play account.

Your purchase is subject to the Google Play Refund Policy and Google Play Terms of Service.

2. How to Request a Refund

Because Google processes the payments, you must request your refund directly through them. Google Play generally offers refunds for subscription purchases if requested within 48 hours of the purchase.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to the Google Play Order History page on your web browser.
  2. Find the order for the AiHookr subscription you want to return.
  3. Select Request a refund or Report a problem.
  4. Choose the option that describes your situation.
  5. Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.

You will usually get a decision from Google within 1 to 4 business days. If Google approves the refund, you will lose access to the premium features immediately.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your AiHookr subscription at any time. Cancellation does not generate an automatic refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle.

What happens when you cancel: You keep full access to your Pro or Viral King features until the very last day of your current paid period. After that date, your account automatically reverts to the Free Trial plan. You will not be charged again.

How to Cancel Your Subscription (Step-by-Step):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone.
  2. Tap your Profile icon (top right corner).
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Find and tap AiHookr.
  6. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

You can also manage your subscription from any browser at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

⚠️ Important: Canceling your subscription is separate from deleting your AiHookr account. If you only want to cancel billing, follow the steps above. If you also want your data deleted, visit our Account Deletion page.

4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Issued

We do not issue refunds (and may dispute Google Play refund requests) under the following circumstances:

  • Account Terminated for Policy Violations: If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms of Use — such as attempting to generate illegal content, hate speech, child exploitation material, or circumventing AI safety filters — you forfeit any claim to a refund.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI Output: AiHookr generates content using Google Gemini AI based on the prompts you provide. The quality and creativity of the output depends partly on the quality and specificity of your prompts. We do not issue refunds because the AI output did not match your expectations.
  • No Viral Results: We explicitly do not guarantee that AI-generated scripts will go viral, gain views, or reach any platform's algorithm-boosted pages. Social media performance depends entirely on factors outside our control. We do not issue refunds based on social media reach or engagement results.
  • Forgetting to Cancel Before Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically. If you are charged for a renewal and request a refund more than 48 hours after the charge (outside Google's standard refund window), we are unable to process a refund.
  • Device or Network Issues: We do not issue refunds for inability to use the App due to your device, internet connection, Android version incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

5. App Uninstalls, Account Deletion & Billing

Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. If you delete AiHookr from your phone, Google Play will continue charging you on each renewal date until you explicitly cancel via Google Play Subscriptions.

Deleting your AiHookr account does NOT cancel your subscription. Submitting a request on our Account Deletion page removes your app data from our servers, but it does not stop Google Play from billing you. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play.

Correct order of actions if you want to leave AiHookr:

  1. Cancel your subscription in Google Play (see Section 3 above).
  2. Wait until your current paid period ends (you keep access until then).
  3. Request account data deletion at aihookr.com/delete-account.php.
  4. Uninstall the app.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in Google Play's billing procedures or changes to our service. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when it was last revised.
